Opis nieruchomości

For sale: a commercial and industrial building located on a 590 m² plot (430 m² owned, 160 m² leased from the city). The usable area of 388 m² comprises two floors. There is a computer system (can be installed as a server) and telephone system (five telephone outlets). The building has a reinforced concrete structure. The post and beam structure (filled with hollow bricks) allows for any changes – additional gates, window openings, etc. The ceiling above the ground floor hall is made of Żerań slabs, the flat roof is made of trough slabs supported by beams, insulated with mineral wool. Gas central heating with a temperature programmer (two-speed Vaillant gas boiler), new central heating system (pipes and radiators), municipal sewage system, water from the municipal water supply, gravity and mechanical ventilation, electrical installation capacity 38 kW. Fire protection system – water. Hydrant with hoses on the ground floor and first floor. The roof was renovated in 2001, flat, covered with roofing felt with a polymer matrix. Ventilation chimneys on the flat roof. Alarm system throughout the facility. PVC windows were also replaced in 2021, and fences in 2022. The first floor hall is equipped with a large steel door leading to an external platform on which a A freight elevator or hoist is available; additionally, a special transport opening in the ground floor ceiling connects the two halls inside. The area surrounding the building is concrete-paved, fenced with mesh, and has two entrance gates.
